An F&B (Food & Beverage) Associate is responsible for ensuring excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a positive dining experience to guests. They work in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or other food service settings, supporting both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take and serve orders accurately and promptly.
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean dining area.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Process bills and payments accurately using POS systems.
