Job Role 

An F&B (Food & Beverage) Associate is responsible for ensuring excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a positive dining experience to guests. They work in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or other food service settings, supporting both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities 

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.

• Take and serve orders accurately and promptly.

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean dining area.

• Maintain inventory of supplies and inform the supervisor of shortages.

• Process bills and payments accurately using POS systems.

Requirement 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
