Position Overview:

This individual will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of daily operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Help Customers: Make sure customers have a good experience by helping them find what they need and answering their questions.

Boost Sales: Encourage customers to buy more by suggesting products they might like or need.
Handle Problems: If customers have a problem, try to fix it so they leave happy.
Help with Inventory: Keep track of what we have in the store and make sure we have enough of everything.
Be a Good Teammate: Work well with others and create a positive atmosphere where everyone can do their best.
Follow the Rules: Make sure everyone follows company rules for things like handling money and keeping the store safe.
