Job Role 

The Meet and Greet (Atithya) service is designed to offer a smooth and hassle-free airport experience to passengers by providing personalized assistance from arrival to departure. 

Responsibilities 

• Greeting passengers upon arrival at the airport.

• Assisting with check-in, security clearance, and immigration procedures.

• Escorting passengers to and from the boarding gates.

• Assisting VIPs, senior citizens, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.

• Ensuring a comfortable and stress-free airport experience.

• Addressing passenger inquiries regarding airport facilities and flight information.

• Offering recommendations on airport lounges, shopping, and dining options.

Requirement 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Multitasking and time management skills.

• Knowledge of airport operations and customer service etiquette.
